Peter Crouch – £4.5 Million, Alderley Edge
Peter Crouch moved to Stoke City from the Tottenham Hotspur in 2011, and it motivated the sale of his Cheshire home. Crouch scored Andrew Flintoff’s Alderley Edge mansion for £4.5 million. He got six bedrooms alongside several attractive features, including a cinema and indoor pool with the sweet deal.
Flintoff originally listed the 10,200 square-foot-house for £5 million, but he reduced the price when there were no takers. Flintoff bought the lot for £1.85 million, knocked down the dwelling that stood on the ground, and constructed the current lavish abode. Crouch’s family eventually shifted to their custom-built address in Surrey in 2016.
