Craig Bellamy – £2.95 Million, St. Brides-Super-Ely
In 2018, Claire, Craig Bellamy’s ex-wife, sold the St. Brides-Super-Ely residence they once shared. She got £2.95 million from the sale, giving her a decent £1 million profit for the six-bedroom abode. Claire got the house as part of the settlement when the couple split in 2012.
Dating to 1924, the house is the product of respected architect Sir Percy Thomas. Claire and Bellamy even hosted their wedding reception at the mansion when they tied the knot in 2006. The star-studded guest list on their big day included Rod Stewart and Robbie Savage.
