Francis Benali – £1.99 Million, Chilworth
Former footballer Francis Benali isn’t known for flashy displays, and in fact, he likes simplicity, as displayed by the Springwood family home he built. The house rests on three acres and is decked out with features like stables, a pool, and a cinema. He put the house up for sale in 2011 for £1.99 million.
Benali became a Member of the Order of the British Empire appointee in 2020. His services to patients with cancer in the UK earned him the honor. Benali also made the headlines in 2019 when he managed to complete five Ironman Triathlons over the span of a week, and he subsequently raised £1 million.
