Mikael Silvestre – £4.2 Million, Alderley Edge
Like most footballers who decide to sell their houses when they move to other clubs, Mikael Silvestre listed his £2 million Knights Keep mansion. Silvestre attempted to sell the house initially in 2009, asking for £4.5 million, but the sale wasn’t successful.
He relisted in 2012 and budged on the price, asking for £4.2 million, a decent amount for a luxurious address in Alderly Edge. The six-bedroom mansion features a winding driveway, a cinema room, and an indoor swimming pool. The outdoor offers lush green landscapes and a spacious front lawn.
