Cheating accusations led to the breakdown of Phil Jagielka’s marriage in 2019. His ex-wife Emily booted him from their £2.5 million Knutsford home when she got wind of his indiscretions with a woman called Holly Young. Jagielka also suffered a robbery with violence incident in 2009 at the same residence.
Robbers held him at knifepoint, forcing him to part with his Range Rover and other valuables. Fortunately, he didn’t sustain any physical injuries from the ordeal. In August 2020, Jagielka signed a one-year contract extension to see him stay with Sheffield United to the 2020-21 season.
