Peter Schmeichel – Price Unknown, Espergærde
Once Peter Schmeichel left his goal-keeping days behind, he worked as a pundit for the BBC. He played for several teams, including Manchester United and Aston Villa. Schmeichel hosts UEFA matches aired on TV3+, the Danish channel, and he also still works with BBC occasionally.
He also participated in the inaugural Soccer Aid event in 2006. Schmeichel keeps a home in Denmark’s Espergærde region. His son Kasper followed in his footsteps, and he’s currently a goalkeeper for Leicester City, and he also serves the same role for the Danish national football team.
