Alan Shearer lives in a Darras Hall neighborhood tucked away in Northumberland with neighbors like fellow professional athletes, dentists, and other famous folks. Runnymede Road is the neighborhood’s most expensive street, lined up with opulent mansions, including Shearer’s home.
Also dubbed “Millionaire’s Row,” the prices of Runnymede residences start at £892K. Shearer retired as a football player in 2006, and he took up work with the BBC as a television pundit.
