David Beckham – £31.5 Million, Holland Park
In 2014, David Beckham and a team of investors bought s Inter Miami CF, an MLS expansion team, for about £17.875 million. The team made its debut in March 2020, but they lost their first match to Los Angeles FC. Beckham continues winning in other ways, and it can’t be too bad having a Holland Park townhouse retreat.
Beckham and his wife Victoria spent £31.5 million in 2013 to buy the house, and they put in another £8 million for renovations. Their plans to give the sprawling mansion an uplift faced objections from a neighbor, but after 50 applications, they got the green light to make the changes.
