Ruben Loftus-Cheek – £1.8 Million, Cobham
Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been on loan to the Fulham Football Club since the 2020-21 season started. He made his first Premier League score for the club on November 22, 2020, during their match against Everton. When it comes to his accommodation arrangements, he has a £1.8 million roof over his head.
The house suffered damage in 2016 from an electrical storm, and sadly, Loftus-Cheek’s family had gone through a similar experience 11 years earlier. Loftus-Cheek got cited in 2019 for disturbing the peace with the loud “x-rated rap music” he kept blasting. His neighbors also weren’t all too keen about his six-foot-high deck.
