English Mastiffs had no visible dots or patches on their fur, so Jackson’s spotty appearance was quite out of the ordinary. Yet, sadly, it was all because of being hit by the BB pellets that covered his cream fluffy coat with nasty spots.
Dr. Sunbury found out that the pellets have punctured a relatively large portion of his skin. A few were on the puppy’s knees, some on his tummy, and one right next to the eyelid. No wonder it could even lead to Jackson’s permanent blindness. To a pet parent’s utmost horror, the poor mutt was also shot at his ear!
