Murray Cook- Cowra- Born in 1960
Popularly referred to as Muzz, Murray Cook is a guitarist, actor, songwriter, and producer. He is one of the creators and a tour manager of the children’s band, ‘The Wiggles.’ Murray, who retired in 2012, admitted he’d be pleased to hear that the band inspired someone to play the guitar, being the only guitarist listened to by children.
Besides his career, Cook is married to Meg Munro, and they have two children, one of which, Georgia Munro-Cook, is a wheelchair basketball player for Australia. The musician has remained active in making music for adults even after his retirement in 2012 by being a part of ‘The Soul Movers’ band.
