These Soap Opera Stars Rocked on Telly – Where are They Now?
Steven Arnold: 46, Coronation Street
A Warrington, Cheshire native, the English actor Steven Arnold is best known for his portrayal of Ashley Peacock, a recurring character in Coronation Street. Arnold worked on the soap between 1995 and 2010. While many soap stars have trouble finding jobs after leaving their long-lasting roles, Arnold seems to be the extraordinary exception to the rule.
In 2021, Arnold’s real challenge will be to find the time to do everything he’s scheduled to! He’s set to appear in at least 25 upcoming productions, even though many are just short movies. He’ll be making it to Dan Hawk Psychic Detective, though, an unreleased thriller starring Mark Benton.
