These Soap Opera Stars Rocked on Telly – Where are They Now?
Jack Ryder: 39, EastEnders
Asides from bearing the same name as a famous Australian cricketer, Jack Ryder is best known for playing Jamie Mitchell, one of the protagonists from the British soap opera EastEnders. He was cast on the show for four years until the character got written off in 2002.
While there is no shortage of credits associated with Jack’s impressive performances, he has shifted gears a little to focus on directing movies and theatres. So far, Ryder has stayed behind the cameras to direct exciting scenes, including an episode in the series Causality.
