The LPGA unveiled a new dress code policy that sparked a lot of controversy and criticism from players and fans alike. The code is extremely strict, with a laundry list of prohibited items that have left many feeling frustrated and confined. Among the rules are bans on leggings, joggers, and plunging necklines, which just so happen to be some of Spiranac’s go-to styles.
Naturally, she was less than thrilled with the new regulations, and we couldn’t agree more. It seems unfair to dictate how athletes should dress while competing, especially when it comes to women’s attire. Hopefully, LPGA will reconsider their choices so players don’t feel restricted.
