However, she is a victim of a rare condition known as the Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome, which causes people to have bigger than average eyes.
This girl’s parents say they are unsure whether to tell the truth about the condition to strangers who often compliment her in public. However, they want their daughter to grow up knowing that the syndrome does not define her and that others will see beyond her condition and appreciate her for who she is.
