Yellow Fingertips in the Cold From Raynaud’s Disease

During the year’s cold months, we must find ways to cope and keep ourselves warm. Our hands and feet are usually the first to feel the effects, which vary from person to person. However, those who suffer from a disorder known as Raynaud’s disease have an even harder time.
Raynaud’s disease causes the hands, feet, and limbs, in general, to develop extreme sensitivity to cold weather, making them turn yellow or blue. This picture shows the effects clearly, with the fingertips turning yellow and the hand blue. As bad as it looks, the color will go back to normal when they are warmed up.
