Elf Ears by Williams Syndrome

When Halloween comes, everyone has their own outfit choice; one of the most common is an elf costume. The most distinctive feature of the outfit is the pointed ears, which we will probably have to buy. However, there are other people who don’t have to get plastic pointed ones, as their ears already have the shape.
While it may look normal, having pointed ears result from a disorder known as Williams syndrome, which is caused by a missing section of genetic material involved in the production of elastin. It can also affect other body parts, including the nose, lips, and cheeks.
