Poliosis Causing Hair Highlights

Some children have unique features that make them stand out from others. This could be related to their skin, hair, or eye color, and this one must appreciate having a white streak of hair. It looks like something out of the “Frozen” movies! However, this is a genetic disorder known as poliosis.
Poliosis is rare and mostly passed down through generations, and it causes an infant’s hair to develop a stripe of highlights, regardless of its original color. It’s interesting how most people spend much time at the hairdresser dying their hair to achieve a look like this, while others get it effortlessly.
