Birthmark Right on the Face
It is common for children to have a unique mark on their skin at birth or one that develops soon afterward. This is called a birthmark and can appear in hardly seen parts of the body or right on the face, like this boy.
While birthmarks are meant to be unique, this one fits and exceeds that criterion. Some of the time, they are a sign of health problems or disorders, but this one looks like a café au lait, which is harmless and could get darker with more sun exposure. All in all, this boy looks confident despite the big patch on his face.
