Pete Evans – $3 Million, Sydney
The Australian chef and television personality Pete Evans, who is known for his support of the paleo diet, lived in this lavish beach house in Sydney, Australia. We say “lived” because he reportedly listed the residence for $3 million in 2017. His dreamy renovated beachside home is a dream come true so it’s not clear why the famous chef wanted to unload it. He originally paid $1.44 million for the cool mansion so he’s in for a nice profit. Many of Pete’s health claims are controversial including the one featured in the 2017 Netflix documentary, The Magic Pill.
