Though portraying Mavis Wilton was far from being Thelma Barlow’s first project, it is the one that characterizes her stunning career the most. She started on the show in 1971, and before she knew it, she had played in over 1,200 episodes. She’s in her 90s right now, so naturally, we’ve not seen her in a while.
