Charlotte Hawkins, Lost 42 Lbs

When Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins returned to television after giving birth, people noticed how quickly she had slimmed down. Of course, achieving a woman’s pre-pregnancy size is not an easy task, but it doesn’t seem that way for Hawkins, though. Just four months after welcoming her daughter, the TV anchor already shed off 42 lbs.

Her success was a product of yoga and switching back to a healthy diet. Hawkins admitted she ate many carbs while pregnant but quickly craved nutritious food once her pregnancy ended.
