Davinia Taylor, Lost 42 Lbs
Davinia Taylor rose to fame after she played party girl Jude Cunningham in Hollyoaks. After her mother passed away in 2008, she abandoned her diet; her grief caused her to turn to food, especially carbs and sugars. The actress attributes her weight loss to biohacking and not “dieting.” Biohacking refers to lifestyle changes to improve one’s overall health.
When Taylor guested on This Morning, she pointed out that some ingredients in food make people sadder, like vegetable oil that she says aggravates depression. The TV star wrote all the information she’s gathered about food and her weight loss journey in her book, It’s Not A Diet.
