Television actor John Goodman has one of the most remarkable weight loss stories in Hollywood. John used to weigh almost 400 pounds. When he realized this was not a good path, he made some significant changes to his lifestyle and has since lost 100 pounds.

John gave up drinking, eating sugary foods, rehashed his diet, and hired a personal fitness trainer to help him work out. He still adheres to a strict meal plan of lean meats, vegetables, fruits, and protein shakes. John also stays active by working out six days a week. Now that’s commitment!
