The power of healthy eating and regular exercise does the weight loss magic for many people, and so was the experience of Kaley Cuoco when she set out to lose some pounds. The star also revealed that her tremendous result demanded hard work and dedication, and she was all up for it!
Even though Kaley started with a method that didn’t work for her, she stayed consistent till she found her preference. The actress substituted running for regular gym drills with the help of her trainer George King; she also preferred eating fish to meat. Within three months, Cuoco lost 6 pounds.
