English singer/songwriter and actress Jane McDonald has undergone a truly remarkable weight loss transformation. Back in 2018, fans couldn’t help but notice how Jane looked very slim, and she revealed that she has managed to lose as much as 56 pounds!
The television personality revealed that she changed her diet, including drastically reducing her sugar and carb intake and avoided drinking. Jane also said she successfully lost the extra pounds and maintained her weight by replacing all her junk food with healthier and fresher snacks like organic nuts.
