Josie Gibson, Lost 84 Lbs
We can’t deny how much we admire Josie Gibson’s body transformation after she plummeted from a size 20 to a size 8. Although this change didn’t happen at once, it all started in 2013 when she lost some weight. It didn’t last for long as during her pregnancy, she gained a few pounds again.
Unfortunately, the 36-year-old had to set another weight loss goal after discovering she was at risk of type 2 diabetes. The game-changer for Josie was healthy eating, 45 minutes workout thrice a week, drinking more water, and longer sleep hours.
