American Idol winner Jordin Sparks adopted a healthier lifestyle years ago and maintained her diet and exercise regimen. When she first commenced her weight loss journey, she lost over 55 pounds, and in her recent appearances, it looks like the singer has kept in good shape.

What’s Jordin’s secret? She stays active, makes healthy food decisions, drinks a lot of water, and sticks to a 30-45 minute workout session of high-intensity cardio, weights, and interval training. Aside from that, Jordin also takes part in Latin dance fitness classes. What a fun way to keep those pounds off!
