Rachel Frederickson hit the internet by storm when she participated in the fitness competition The Biggest Loser. The show saw many contestants’ transformations over the years, but none of them was as unbelievable as Rachel’s. Her original weight had gone up to 260 pounds, which she brought down to 105 pounds.

The secret behind the weight loss was six hours of rigorous exercise every day and minimal food intake. As a result, she won the show but lost 60% of her body weight, which wasn’t very healthy as her BMI went down. So she gained back 20 pounds on her doctor’s recommendation after the series ended.
