Who doesn’t know Adele and the lyrics to her ever-celebrated songs like ‘Hello’ and ‘Skyfall’? After her divorce, the singer started changing things and has folded away more than 100 pounds since then. Captioning a photo on Instagram, Adele stated that she used to cry, but now she sweats! The artist pursued such a strict calorie-controlled diet that she even had to give up tea. Fierce sessions of cardio, Pilates, and circuit training were also followed. Her trainer has reported that Adele didn’t really like exercising. It was 90% dieting, but she has adapted to a different lifestyle, and she likes it.

Anne Hegerty, Lost 42 Lbs

Famous as The Governess on the ITV quiz show “The Chase,” Anne Hegerty has gained a lot more confidence with her outstanding 42 pounds weight loss. After spending just three weeks in the Australian camp of “I’m a Celebrity,” 14 pounds instantly vanished, and that was only the beginning.

We believe she could achieve this because of the healthy food she had access to on the show and the constant moving around, which is enough exercise in itself. Hegerty made two appearances in 2021 on the long-running reality TV show “Loose Women.”
