Back in the 1990s, Eric Esch a.k.a. Butterbean was making a name for himself in the boxing scene. He worked hard and eventually won a number of heavyweight championships. He later transitioned to mixed martial arts and kickboxing. He is known for being a Pride Fighting and K-1 Champion. He has a total of ten submissions and 66 knockouts in his career. Butterbean lives a peaceful life in retirement these days. He is known for his work as a deputy sheriff in Jasper, Alabama. He actually had his very own reality TV show called Big Law: Deputy Butterbean.
