Hasheem Thabeet – Basketball – 7’25” 262 lbs
Hasheem Thabeet is a Tanzanian basketball player currently playing for the Japanese side Yokohama B-Corsairs. In college Hasheem played for Connecticut before he was drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies 2nd overall in the 2009 NBA draft. He played less than 2 seasons for the Grizzlies before moving to the Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers and Oklahoma City Thunder which was his last team in the NBA. He then played one season for the Grand Rapids Drive before moving to the Japanese league.
