Gabrielle Union started her acting career in the ’90s, although it was pretty slow going for her early career. But in 1997, the same year she turned 25, she landed a role in “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine” as a Klingon character. This was just the boost her career needed.
She followed that with teen flicks like “She’s All That” and “10 Things I Hate About You.” She moved on to more mature roles, including a career-changing role in the film Cadillac Records. She continues to act and released a memoir in 2021 called “You Got Anything Stronger?: Stories.” In 2022 she starred in an episode of “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.”
