Jorge Garcia is an actor of American origin. He is best known for playing the role of the character Hugo Reyes in the series ”Lost, Les Disparus”. He also appeared in other successful series including ”Hawaii 5-0”, and the series titled ”Becker”.
He was extremely overweight and said he had never dieted in his life and had no restrictions. He therefore lets himself go for many years and his health is put in danger. His family encouraged him to consult doctors who would help him in his weight loss process. He managed to lose nearly 45 kilos.
