A Bold Escape Attempt
This daring escape attempt turned heads at a prison in Chetumal, Mexico, in July 2011. After a conjugal visit, a woman tried to sneak her common-law husband out of the facility in a large black suitcase. The plan was as bold as it was unusual. Staff at the prison couldn’t help but notice the woman seemed nervous, and the suitcase appeared unusually bulky and heavy.
