Most Terrifying Places on Earth
The Blue Hole – Dahab, Egypt

The Blue Hole is a simple name contradicting its sinister facts! It is a 394 feet-deep submarine sinkhole tucked in the Red Sea, and the diving site is infamous for being one of the most dive fatality prone locations in the world! Some people also call it ‘Diver’s Cemetery’ because even the most skilled and experienced ones have failed to make their way out from the 85 feet-long tunnel called ‘The Arch.’
Why so many accidents happen here is still a mystery, but historically, it is believed that a young girl from the Bedouin tribe drowned herself in the ocean to avoid an arranged marriage and cursed the waterbody.
