It is always good to gain more knowledge about historical events and venues. For instance, the building shown in the picture is of great significance in history. It might look creepy now, but back in the day, this was a hospital for tuberculosis patients.
During World War I, young Adolf Hitler got treated here for his thigh injury, and since then, bureaucracy has ruled over the hospital. As dictatorship came into power with East German’s fall, it became a designated Soviet military clinic until 1994. Communist chief Erich Honecker was the most regular and famous patient here. Due to such an intense past, none ever thought of renovating the structure!
