The Inspiration
To get a better understanding of Little Hercules’ story, we must start from the beginning. His real name is Richard Sandrak, and he was born in 1992 and grew up in Ukraine, where he discovered his passion for fitness training at a young age. It came as no surprise, as his parents, Lena and Pavel, were athletic and loved exercising their muscles.
Lena was a professional aerobics trainer, and Pavel was a martial artist who had reached international levels. As a result, Richard quickly became immersed in the world of sports, frequently accompanying his parents to their training sessions. However, his enthusiasm soon exceeded all expectations and reached new heights.
