ABC’s sitcom “Home Improvement” was one of the most watched programs on American television in the ’90s. For the nine years it aired, the sitcom won numerous awards and even launched Tim Allen’s acting career, as he would go on to feature in other films, most notably, “The Last Man Standing,” and also voiced Buzz Lightyear in “Toy Story.”

Allen made his mark in the industry and received a huge paycheck. For all the hype around the show, it would be a surprise if it just ended there, and it didn’t. Allen revealed that he receives payments every month which have amounted to more than $18 million in 21 years.
