The show was too big not to be rerun, as it ran on Hulu, Disney, and ESPN+. Even though Alda left the show to focus on his career, he continues to earn $1 million per year in residuals for the reruns. He also writes and directs films, and perhaps that’s the reason his worth has skyrocketed.
