Khalil Ghosn, popularly known as Tiki Ghosn, is a long-time mixed martial art fighter. The Huntington Beach native MMA veteran has been a competitor in the welterweight division since 1998. He is also known for dating one of the most gorgeous ring girls of all time, Arianny Celeste.
Ghosn and Celeste began their relationship in 2010, but it didn’t last very long. Celeste is also a model for Playboy magazine, as well as, the co-host of the television show Overhaulin’. Ghosn wasn’t her first boyfriend from the ring. She also dated Roger Huerta and Josh Burkman.
