Meredith Ann Baxter is a California-born actress and producer. She is most known for her character of Nancy Lawrence in the television drama Family. Meredith got her big break after featuring as the lead in the sitcom Bridget Loves Bernie. In addition, the gifted actor has been nominated for five Emmy Awards. Her performance in the 1992 film A Woman Scorned: The Betty Broderick Story received one of the nominations.
Baxter did not limit herself to acting; she appeared in a variety of projects, including advertisements, talk programs, and fundraising. She also received an honorary degree from National University in California. Meredith’s memoir United became a New York Times bestseller.
