Descending Through the Rabbit Hole
Those familiar with the Alice in Wonderland books or their film adaptations will probably recognize this location. The not-so-white rabbit was leaping into this hole to enter a world where magic thrives, or so one would like to believe. Rabbits seem to really like going into holes.
However, the most plausible explanation for this scene is that the rabbit was merely foraging for food and caught the scent of something delectable within the bin. As for why it was searching for its next meal in the darkness, it’s because they are crepuscular animals that are most active during dawn and dusk.
