Discover the Enigmatic Secrets of the Wild Through Trail Cam Footage

LOOKING FOR FOOD ON TWO LEGS

Trail cameras provide us with a rare glimpse into the secret lives of wild animals. One such camera captured an image of a black bear standing tall on its hind legs as if ready to embark on a long day of foraging. Although, this is hardly what should be termed a secret.

Typically, bears move on all fours, but all of them, including the American black bear, can stand on their two hind legs. This species can also walk short distances upright and are skilled climbers that can ascend trees with ease. When the animal assumes this posture, it can be up to seven feet tall!
