WHOOPI GOLDBERG – $8.8 MILLION, PACIFIC PALISADES
The Pacific Palisades make for an affluent area where properties tend to sell for at least $1.6 million. So, it’s no wonder that the American actress/comedian Whoopi Goldberg turned a hefty profit with her former Pacific Palisades abode. She bought the house in the early ’90s for $2.5 million and sold it for $8.8 million in 2019.
Mere months after Goldberg decided to let go of the place, it was listed in the market for $9.6 million. Originally constructed in 1933, it features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Always busy, Goldberg starred in the 2021 TV series “Harlem” and was cast to appear in the 2022 animation “Luck.
