Only a couple of months had passed since Robert Redford first listed his Napa Valley house for sale. His asking price was at $7.5 million, but he managed to sell it in January 2019 for $7 million. He had bought the 5,255-square-foot mansion back in 2004 for him and his wife Sibylle. Its price is justified by its three bedrooms, 3.5 bathr0oms, and the one-bed one-bath separate art studio. It also features a swimming pool, terraces, and a detached garage for his car collection. Even though Robert has ventured into producing, he appeared again as Alexander Pierce in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California

In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million.  Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

We definitely had to include this stunning New York mansion, home to the Hollywood A-lister, Bruce Willis. Ron Howard – $28 Million, Connecticut

One of the greatest Directors of Hollywood, Ron Howard who has made top rating movies such as Apollo 13, Cocoon, A Beautiful Mind, Rush etc. His Connecticut mansion is a sight to behold with a beautiful panoramic view of lake Converse. The overall vibe f the house is very homey and welcoming. The Florida residence is located in the prestigious Ocean Reef Club and boasts 11,400 square feet of space. From the deck, Kathie could enjoy the beautiful view in the dining area. The house features eight bedrooms, a family room, a gym, and so many other amenities. It’s well worth the price tag. Kathie, the singer, host, and author, is best known for spending 15 years on the talk show Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. She is currently a co-host of NBC’s news and the talk show, Today.
