Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California

In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million.  Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

Bruce Willis – $9 Million, New York

We definitely had to include this stunning New York mansion, home to the Hollywood A-lister, Bruce Willis. The $9- million real estate includes five bedrooms, eight baths, and more than 8,400 square feet of living space. Furthermore, there is a climate-controlled 1,500-bottle wine cellar, vast heated swimming pool, synthetic-grass tennis court, and an outdoor shower. In addition to the expensive home insurance, this house also has a top-notch security system. What more can he hope for?

Robert Redford – $7 Million, California

Only a couple of months had passed since Robert Redford first listed his Napa Valley house for sale. His asking price was at $7.5 million, but he managed to sell it in January 2019 for $7 million. He had bought the 5,255-square-foot mansion back in 2004 for him and his wife Sibylle. Its price is justified by its three bedrooms, 3.5 bathr0oms, and the one-bed one-bath separate art studio. It also features a swimming pool, terraces, and a detached garage for his car collection. Even though Robert has ventured into producing, he appeared again as Alexander Pierce in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Ron Howard – $28 Million, Connecticut

One of the greatest Directors of Hollywood, Ron Howard who has made top rating movies such as Apollo 13, Cocoon, A Beautiful Mind, Rush etc. His Connecticut mansion is a sight to behold with a beautiful panoramic view of lake Converse. The overall vibe f the house is very homey and welcoming. The home has six bedrooms, five full baths and four partial baths and the house is 17,200 square feet and spans over 32 acre of property surrounded by woods. Have you seen the gorgeous traditional-style beach house that Joy Behar used to own? It’s truly stunning. However, the comedian, actress, and writer apparently got bored with it (if that’s even possible) and decided to list the property in 2016.  The splendid house features four bedrooms and four and a half baths with plenty of amenities included. Despite all the controversies, Brit is still one of the top earners in the industry with a $200-million net worth. She was ready to blow serious cash for a luxurious 13,264-square-foot California mansion. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, Italian Villa, surrounded by a picturesque landscape, fountains, and pools.

It features a media & gaming room, three kitchens, and a vast guest area. There’s also an outdoor spa, tennis court, golf course, and a beautiful gazebo. If we ignore the steep monthly premiums, this may well be a dream house anyone could ever wish for.

Kathie Lee Gifford – $10.5 Million, Key Largo

Television personality Kathie Lee Gifford listed her sprawling Key Largo mansion in 2018 for $10.5 million. The Florida residence is located in the prestigious Ocean Reef Club and boasts 11,400 square feet of space. From the deck, Kathie could enjoy the beautiful view in the dining area. The house features eight bedrooms, a family room, a gym, and so many other amenities. It’s well worth the price tag. Kathie, the singer, host, and author, is best known for spending 15 years on the talk show Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. She is currently a co-host of NBC’s news and the talk show, Today.
