Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California

In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million.  Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

Bruce Willis – $9 Million, New York

We definitely had to include this stunning New York mansion, home to the Hollywood A-lister, Bruce Willis. The $9- million real estate includes five bedrooms, eight baths, and more than 8,400 square feet of living space. Furthermore, there is a climate-controlled 1,500-bottle wine cellar, vast heated swimming pool, synthetic-grass tennis court, and an outdoor shower. In addition to the expensive home insurance, this house also has a top-notch security system. What more can he hope for?

Robert Redford – $7 Million, California

Only a couple of months had passed since Robert Redford first listed his Napa Valley house for sale. His asking price was at $7.5 million, but he managed to sell it in January 2019 for $7 million. He had bought the 5,255-square-foot mansion back in 2004 for him and his wife Sibylle. Its price is justified by its three bedrooms, 3.5 bathr0oms, and the one-bed one-bath separate art studio. It also features a swimming pool, terraces, and a detached garage for his car collection. Even though Robert has ventured into producing, he appeared again as Alexander Pierce in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Ron Howard – $28 Million, Connecticut

One of the greatest Directors of Hollywood, Ron Howard who has made top rating movies such as Apollo 13, Cocoon, A Beautiful Mind, Rush etc. His Connecticut mansion is a sight to behold with a beautiful panoramic view of lake Converse. The overall vibe f the house is very homey and welcoming. The home has six bedrooms, five full baths and four partial baths and the house is 17,200 square feet and spans over 32 acre of property surrounded by woods. Have you seen the gorgeous traditional-style beach house that Joy Behar used to own? It’s truly stunning. However, the comedian, actress, and writer apparently got bored with it (if that’s even possible) and decided to list the property in 2016.  The splendid house features four bedrooms and four and a half baths with plenty of amenities included. The Florida residence is located in the prestigious Ocean Reef Club and boasts 11,400 square feet of space. From the deck, Kathie could enjoy the beautiful view in the dining area. Beautifully decorated living spaces and natural light through its large windows give her house a unique and homey essence. She also has an all-white kitchen in which she showcases her Golden Globe. Though we can’t know how much she spent to buy it, it was certainly quite pricey given her $16-million fortune.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle – $4 Million,Nottingham Cottage

After the fuss around their wedding dropped, Prince Harry and his new bride Meghan Markle are already making themselves at home in the Nottingham Cottage, a love nest suitable for the royal lovebirds. She’s rightfully been named the Godmother of Soul, so we weren’t surprised to see Patti LaBelle’s house in Pennsylvania featured on MTV Cribs back in 2002. She’s lived there for quite some time now, and who could blame her? After all, this house has everything!

When her husband, Richard H. Medley, was still alive, he had purchased this beautiful Tudor-style house for her. Dorinda Medley listed it shortly after her husbands’ passing away but later withdrew it from the market. They had initially purchased it for $2.115 million, whereas she was asking for $4.9 million.

The house is now one of her most praised possessions. It was even featured on Architectural Digest in 2020! It has an interior of 11,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms. The 61-year-old American actor Steve Guttenberg, through decades of work, has managed to create a fortune of $15 million. It involves one gorgeous piece of real estate in Pacific Palisades, which he put up for rent with a hefty price tag of $12.5K per month.

Although the price of this 4,366 square-foot mansion is unknown, we guess the rent price gives a pretty good idea. Guttenberg is known for his past work in such films as Cocoon, Police Academy, and The Big Green. However, his future works in Rifkin’s Festival and Roe v. Wade may become just as significant.

Jennie Garth is famous for starring as Kelly Taylor in the hit show Beverly Hills, 90210 She also starred as Valerie Tyler on the sitcom What I Like About You. In 2012, she appeared in a reality show chronicling her life – Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country. Garth is rumored to star in a remake of Beverly Hills, 90210 due to air during 2019.
