As we are doing a second job to pay off the premiums for our tiny flats, Chris Evans is apparently living the bi-coastal life, spending half of the year in his Boston pad, and another half in his L.A. mansion. Lucky for us, we won’t be the ones to pay for such insane expenses.
Anyway, while filming his movies, Evan’s home is this 4,599-square-foot property tucked away in Hollywood Hills. The renovated estate includes a master bedroom complete with a dressing room, steam shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge fire pit, and a pool with a spa in the backyard.
Steve Guttenberg – $12.5K A Month, Pacific Palisades
The 61-year-old American actor Steve Guttenberg, through decades of work, has managed to create a fortune of $15 million. It involves one gorgeous piece of real estate in Pacific Palisades, which he put up for rent with a hefty price tag of $12.5K per month.

Although the price of this 4,366 square-foot mansion is unknown, we guess the rent price gives a pretty good idea. Guttenberg is known for his past work in such films as Cocoon, Police Academy, and The Big Green. However, his future works in Rifkin’s Festival and Roe v. Wade may become just as significant.
Bruce Willis – $9 Million, New York

We definitely had to include this stunning New York mansion, home to the Hollywood A-lister, Bruce Willis. The $9- million real estate includes five bedrooms, eight baths, and more than 8,400 square feet of living space. Furthermore, there is a climate-controlled 1,500-bottle wine cellar, vast heated swimming pool, synthetic-grass tennis court, and an outdoor shower. In addition to the expensive home insurance, this house also has a top-notch security system. What more can he hope for?
Lori Loughlin – $9.5 Million, Hidden Hills
Actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli purchased a $9.5 million home in California’s Hidden Hills. The deluxe house, constructed in 2019, sports six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a movie theater, and a spa, among other luxuries. The couple’s new house is certainly a downgrade from their previous one, sold for $18.7 million.

Their new neighborhood offers privacy, being within a gated community. The couple is probably trying to lay low after pleading guilty for their implication in the college admissions scandal last May 2020. Loughlin is expected to spend two months in prison and Giannulli five. Their final sentence will be declared on August 21.
Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux – $22 Million, Bel Air

Up next is our favorite Friends star Jennifer Aniston and the $22 million Bel Air mansion she shares with Justin Theroux. And while the 3.5-acre property is already gorgeous, Aniston decided to add a 1,600-square-foot cellar, a Korean clay room spa, and a two-level tree house complete with a full entertainment system. Although the Hollywood actress had to take more than $7 million from her savings account for all these add-ons, we didn’t notice that her net worth balance was hurt that much.

Located just south of Nashville in the rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee sits a beautiful farmhouse owned by superstar couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman—but, perhaps, not for long. The Tennessean confirmed Keith and Nicole just listed the 5,086 square-foot estate with a price tag of $3,450,000. In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million. Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

Jennie Garth is famous for starring as Kelly Taylor in the hit show Beverly Hills, 90210 She also starred as Valerie Tyler on the sitcom What I Like About You. The house has a brightly-painted interior filled with murals of around 4,500 square feet. It has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms overall, as well as a backyard with a swimming pool. In 2020 Bella played in Infamous. She’s also made an OnlyFans account that’s so far earned her over $1 million!
