Steve Guttenberg – $12.5K A Month, Pacific Palisades

The 61-year-old American actor Steve Guttenberg, through decades of work, has managed to create a fortune of $15 million. It involves one gorgeous piece of real estate in Pacific Palisades, which he put up for rent with a hefty price tag of $12.5K per month.

Although the price of this 4,366 square-foot mansion is unknown, we guess the rent price gives a pretty good idea. Guttenberg is known for his past work in such films as Cocoon, Police Academy, and The Big Green. However, his future works in Rifkin’s Festival and Roe v. Wade may become just as significant.

Bruce Willis – $9 Million, New York

We definitely had to include this stunning New York mansion, home to the Hollywood A-lister, Bruce Willis. The $9- million real estate includes five bedrooms, eight baths, and more than 8,400 square feet of living space. Furthermore, there is a climate-controlled 1,500-bottle wine cellar, vast heated swimming pool, synthetic-grass tennis court, and an outdoor shower. In addition to the expensive home insurance, this house also has a top-notch security system. What more can he hope for?

Lori Loughlin – $9.5 Million, Hidden Hills

Actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli purchased a $9.5 million home in California’s Hidden Hills. The deluxe house, constructed in 2019, sports six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a movie theater, and a spa, among other luxuries. The couple’s new house is certainly a downgrade from their previous one, sold for $18.7 million.

Their new neighborhood offers privacy, being within a gated community. The couple is probably trying to lay low after pleading guilty for their implication in the college admissions scandal last May 2020. Loughlin is expected to spend two months in prison and Giannulli five. Their final sentence will be declared on August 21.

Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux – $22 Million, Bel Air

Up next is our favorite Friends star Jennifer Aniston and the $22 million Bel Air mansion she shares with Justin Theroux. And while the 3.5-acre property is already gorgeous, Aniston decided to add a 1,600-square-foot cellar, a Korean clay room spa, and a two-level tree house complete with a full entertainment system. Although the Hollywood actress had to take more than $7 million from her savings account for all these add-ons, we didn’t notice that her net worth balance was hurt that much.

Matthew McConaughey – $4 Million, Austin

Many Hollywood actors end up wasting their money on luxurious rehab centers, failed investments, and all sorts of attorneys. But Matthew McConaughey prefers burning his money on prime real estate properties. The one that landed him a spot on our list is his Spanish-Mediterranean style mansion located in Austin. Besides more than 10,000 square feet of living space, the lavish property boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an elevator, gated long drive to host at least four cars, and also a dockfor boats.

Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban –  $3.45 Million, Tennessee

Located just south of Nashville in the rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee sits a beautiful farmhouse owned by superstar couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman—but, perhaps, not for long. The Tennessean confirmed Keith and Nicole just listed the 5,086 square-foot estate with a price tag of $3,450,000. Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California

In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million.  Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

Jennie Garth- $4.495 Million, Studio City, CA

The house is secured by remote-controlled gates & hidden from view by a high fence & even taller trees. The house is about 4,100 square feet with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. Jennie Garth is famous for starring as Kelly Taylor in the hit show Beverly Hills, 90210 She also starred as Valerie Tyler on the sitcom What I Like About You. In 2012, she appeared in a reality show chronicling her life – Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country. Garth is rumored to star in a remake of Beverly Hills, 90210 due to air during 2019.

Adam Sandler – $28 Million, Los Angeles

While it’s no secret that Adam Sandler has a lot of money, around $340 million to be exact, apparently, he chooses to spend most of it on expensive houses. Around the time when he was getting ready to hit the red carpets for Spanglish, he decided to spend $12 million to buy a house in Los Angeles. The 1990-built house, within its 12,860 square feet, features 14 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a backyard with an incredible swimming pool. He also owns the neighboring house, and adding those two properties together, they amount to an estimated value of $28 million. His fortune is only going to expand taking into account his recent movie, Murder Mystery.

Ben Stiller – $11.5 Million, Los Angeles

Guess who sold his Los Angeles luxury home? Comedic actor Ben Stiller and he asked for $11.5 million in exchange for his stunning villa-style Hollywood property. The lucky buyer received access to a stylish exterior, a swimming pool, and a private home theater.

Shortly after divorcing his wife of 17 years, Christine Taylor, Stiller, who starred in Meet the Fockers, was ready to make yet another big change in his life. He left the movie industry behind to star on Broadway. He now resides in a $15 million West Village home.

Halle Berry – $8 Million, Malibu

Even after 13 years, Halle Berry is not willing to let go of her stunning Malibu mansion. And after taking a peek at the property, we definitely understand why – that place is a true paradise on earth! Besides the incredible view of the ocean and an easy access to the beach, the 5,000-square-foot real estate offers four bedrooms, five baths, and an outdoor Jacuzzi spa. We certainly wouldn’t mind having a luxurious beach like this one if only we had enough money in our bank account for the sky-high home insurance and property taxes.

Bella Thorne – $2.55 Million, Sherman Oaks

Almost a year after she was done with The Duff film, Bella Throne bought a place to call home in Sherman Oaks. The house became viral, much like Bella now herself, given its bright pink exterior. She purchased it for $2.01 million, and as of the summer of 2020, it’s up for sale for $2.55 million.

The house has a brightly-painted interior filled with murals of around 4,500 square feet. It has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms overall, as well as a backyard with a swimming pool. In 2020 Bella played in Infamous. She’s also made an OnlyFans account that’s so far earned her over $1 million!

Demi Lovato – $2.2 Million, Toluca Lake

Demi Lovato rose to fame through starring in Disney Channel’s Camp Rock movies alongside the Jonas Brothers. Lovato was making a lot of money at such a young age and this is why she was able to afford this $2.2 million-worth mansion in Los Angeles. Well, she reportedly did not purchase the whole mansion for she was apparently just renting it out. The property has six bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a swimming pool. Lovato only lived here for about two years. The Stone Cold singer made headlines back in July 2018 when she experienced an opioid overdose. She’s been getting help for months and is doing much better these days.

Ben Affleck – $19.25 Million, Pacific Palisades

Ben Affleck dropped $19.25 million to purchase a seven-bed spread in the luxe Pacific Palisades neighborhood nestled in Los Angeles. The residence was newly built when he acquired it in 2017, and it offers 13,453 square feet of space that is also taken up by nine bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a bar, and a wood-paneled study.

The master suite serves as the home’s crown jewel with two large walk-in closets, dual marble-filled bathrooms, and a separate sitting area. The posh estate also boasts a spa, swimming pool, a guest house, and an outdoor barbecue.

George & Amal Clooney – $20 Million, London

Bought in 2014, this stunning Berkshire mansion only recently became the home of the Clooneys. But before setting foot on their new home, and while still expecting their twins, the duo splashed £12.5 on improving it to fit the needs of their growing family. Hence, the nine-bedroom real estate now includes nanny’s quarters, two pools, and a film editing suite. There is also a pool house, twelve-seat home cinema, subterranean irrigation system, and an outdoor playground. While this investment seems way over the top, we have faith in Clooney’s wealth management skills.

John Travolta – $12 Million, Florida

As one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood with a $170-million net worth, John Travolta cannot afford wasting his time at public airports. Well, he doesn’t worry about that since he has one in his backyard! Yes, you read that right, Travolta’s $12-million Florida mansion is an actual airport complete with a landing strip, airplane hangars, and some private jets, of course.

We were all shocked when in 2010 he almost crashed with another plane at Washington Airport when his aircraft’s electrical system stopped responding. His huge house has more luxurious stuff in it though! There’s also a golf course and a 16-car garage. Impressed?

Clint Eastwood – $9.75 Million, California

Clint Eastwood is selling his Spanish Colonial estate in California. You can buy it for only $9.75 million. Eastwood bought the 4.7-acre mansion back in 1994, he paid $3.9 million for it. The house measures at almost 7,000 square feet with 5 suite bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus a separate suite for the staff. There’s a fountain and an outdoor fireplace to be found there as well.

There are also 3 sets of French doors and a stone terrace with a magnificent view of Carmel Bay. There’s a luxurious breakfast room with a fireplace near the large kitchen.

Chris Evans – $3.5 Million, Hollywood Hills

As we are doing a second job to pay off the premiums for our tiny flats, Chris Evans is apparently living the bi-coastal life, spending half of the year in his Boston pad, and another half in his L.A. mansion. Lucky for us, we won’t be the ones to pay for such insane expenses.

Anyway, while filming his movies, Evan’s home is this 4,599-square-foot property tucked away in Hollywood Hills. The renovated estate includes a master bedroom complete with a dressing room, steam shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge fire pit, and a pool with a spa in the backyard.

Wesley Snipes – $4.125 Million, New Jersey

Wesley Snipes is quite well-known as an action star. The martial artist starred in various thrillers, adventures and dramatic films during his infamous career. However, Wesley is best known for his role of ‘Blade’ in the three Blade film series. While the actor and film producer sold this magnificent house back in 2014, he surely had a good time here. Located in Alpine, there’s not much that is known about the property but it looks incredibly luxurious and whoever lives here now is one lucky individual!

Andy Garcia – $4 Million, Florida

Andy Garcia and his wife Sandra Vale set roots in Key Biscayne, Florida, when they bought a 9,084-square-foot home in 1991. Sadly, Hurricane Andrew struck the following year and destroyed the house that originally sat on the lot. Garcia picked up and constructed a new Cuban-inspired home in 1999.

The lucky buyers now have access to a perfectly designed 18,622 square feet mansion with 3 floors, a home theater, a custom pub, and a gourmet kitchen. Outside, the luxury continues. The property includes a 10-acre natural lake, a swimming pool, a boathouse, a barn, as well as, a large garage.
