In addition to an insane car collection, Drake has at least one lavish estate to his name. And even though rumor has it that the rapper fell in love the first time he saw it, he wasn’t ready to splurge $27 million which was the asking price for his Hidden Hills mansion at the time.
Luckily, his waiting paid off big time, since Drake eventually picked up the outlandish property for “only” $7.7 million, saving a significant amount. Besides man-cave-type rooms with a few secret passages, the lustrous house boasts a set of sparkling pools and waterfalls.
Britney Spears – $9 Million, California
Despite all the controversies, Brit is still one of the top earners in the industry with a $200-million net worth. She was ready to blow serious cash for a luxurious 13,264-square-foot California mansion. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, Italian Villa, surrounded by a picturesque landscape, fountains, and pools.

It features a media & gaming room, three kitchens, and a vast guest area. There’s also an outdoor spa, tennis court, golf course, and a beautiful gazebo. If we ignore the steep monthly premiums, this may well be a dream house anyone could ever wish for.
Dana Perino – Price Undisclosed, New Jersey

When George W. Bush was in office, Dana Perino served as White House’s Press Secretary, making her the second woman ever to hold the position. She’s now a political commentator working for Fox News. Like many people who found themselves cooped up indoors in 2020, Perino found herself broadcasting from her Bay Head living room. She set up a remote Fox News studio in her spare bedroom, and that’s where she hosted The Five and The Daily Briefing every day. Perino told The Philadelphia Inquirer that one of her highlights is watching trains while seated at the porch with her husband Peter McMahon by her side.

When it came time for Amy Robarch to look for a house in New York City with her husband Andrew Shue, one place in particular stuck out the most. They were seen viewing this beautiful apartment in Chelsea, Manhattan. The house featured large windows with beautiful views, walls of exposed brick and wooden beams. It had three bedrooms, a study, and a spacious laundry room. Taking up over 3.200 square feet of space, its price of $4.29 million was justified. Amy and Andrew have been house-hunting in the area since she got the job in Good Morning America in 2012. She keeps busy though, what with also being an anchor for 20/20.

Recent real estate news has reported that a 5-acre estate in Beverly Park just hit the market for $47,500,000. This was a mansion previously owned by famous television host Vanna White and her ex-husband George Santo Pietro until 2004. It was built in 1998 and had a very nice Palladian style designed by William Hablinski. The beautiful mansion features a very lush landscape surrounded by palm trees and has its own private vineyard. It had its own unique take on the Southern California outdoor lifestyle and on its main entrance, it has a Florentine-style arch. The enormous mansion has 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a formal dining room, office, and basement.
Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California
In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million. Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.
George & Amal Clooney – $20 Million, London

Bought in 2014, this stunning Berkshire mansion only recently became the home of the Clooneys. But before setting foot on their new home, and while still expecting their twins, the duo splashed £12.5 on improving it to fit the needs of their growing family. Hence, the nine-bedroom real estate now includes nanny’s quarters, two pools, and a film editing suite. There is also a pool house, twelve-seat home cinema, subterranean irrigation system, and an outdoor playground. While this investment seems way over the top, we have faith in Clooney’s wealth management skills.

As one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood with a $170-million net worth, John Travolta cannot afford wasting his time at public airports. Well, he doesn’t worry about that since he has one in his backyard! Yes, you read that right, Travolta’s $12-million Florida mansion is an actual airport complete with a landing strip, airplane hangars, and some private jets, of course.

We were all shocked when in 2010 he almost crashed with another plane at Washington Airport when his aircraft’s electrical system stopped responding. His huge house has more luxurious stuff in it though! There’s also a golf course and a 16-car garage. Impressed?

Howard Stern could invest in cool mansions all he wants because of the fortune he accumulated from being a hit radio personality. The massive home you see above is his residence in Florida, and sources say he spent as much as $52 million to buy it.

It has a total of five bedrooms, and he can access the nearby beach directly whenever he gets tired of swimming in his swimming pool. Stern has yet to share more details about how the interior looks like. As of today, he’s still an active radio host, and SiriusXM extended his contract in December 2020.

For one of the greatest basketball legends, no price is too high when it comes to lavish living. And if you ask us, this $15-million deluxe mansion is more than a fit for the NBA superstar. And if you ever get lucky as to enter the famous gate with Jordan’s iconic jersey number 23, you’ll see a tennis court, ponds, pools, and lush green lawns. Lahren now shoots part of her sketch, Final Thoughts, from her spacious place. She recently faced controversy over her comments about Democratic candidate Kamala Harris in July 2019. Afterward, the 26-year-old Fox Nation host issued an apology through a Twitter post.

In January 2019, we learned that the professional basketball player Kawhi Leonard dropped $13.3 million on a new residence located in Rancho Santa Fe. The Toronto Raptors player clearly didn’t hesitate when he saw this luxury house for sale in Southern California in the San Diego neighborhood. The house is absolutely stunning and includes a dry bar, a home theater, and a swimming pool so big that we are not even sure we can call it that. There are also two offices and a gourmet kitchen in Kawhi’s new luxurious home.

NBA stars are known for their expensive taste and lavish real estate and Kevin Durant is not an exception. His $12.05 million Malibu home can make anyone jealous. Located in Alpine, there’s not much that is known about the property but it looks incredibly luxurious and whoever lives here now is one lucky individual!

Being Diana Ross’s daughter, Tracee Ellis Ross was brought up underneath the spotlight. Today, she’s had a long-lasting career as an actress, and even won a Golden Globe in 2017 with Black-ish. In 2017, we were lucky enough to have a glance at her house, as she shared it with Architectural Digest.

Beautifully decorated living spaces and natural light through its large windows give her house a unique and homey essence. She also has an all-white kitchen in which she showcases her Golden Globe. Though we can’t know how much she spent to buy it, it was certainly quite pricey given her $16-million fortune.
Prince Harry & Meghan Markle – $4 Million,Nottingham Cottage

After the fuss around their wedding dropped, Prince Harry and his new bride Meghan Markle are already making themselves at home in the Nottingham Cottage, a love nest suitable for the royal lovebirds. There are hardly any cottages in the royal compound, and Prince Harry has been living here almost five years. Before his settling, the 1300 square feet (400 square meters) property was resident of Marion Crawford, Queen Victoria’s Nanny. Nottingham Cottage is where Princesses Diana spent the last few years before her unexpected death in a car accident. It comes with its own Héligare and is encircled by amazing gardens along with all the other facilities that the Royals would take for granted.

She’s rightfully been named the Godmother of Soul, so we weren’t surprised to see Patti LaBelle’s house in Pennsylvania featured on MTV Cribs back in 2002. She’s lived there for quite some time now, and who could blame her? After all, this house has everything!

It’s located on Wynnewood and is entirely surrounded by trees. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms overall. Meanwhile, one of its most distinctive characteristics is the large indoor swimming pool. It also has a spacious backyard. Patti is worth $60 million by now.
