Ben Affleck dropped $19.25 million to purchase a seven-bed spread in the luxe Pacific Palisades neighborhood nestled in Los Angeles. The residence was newly built when he acquired it in 2017, and it offers 13,453 square feet of space that is also taken up by nine bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a bar, and a wood-paneled study.

The master suite serves as the home’s crown jewel with two large walk-in closets, dual marble-filled bathrooms, and a separate sitting area. The posh estate also boasts a spa, swimming pool, a guest house, and an outdoor barbecue.

Laura Ingraham – Price Unknown, Virginia

Laura Ingraham is very private about her personal life. According to certain reports, she lives in a new real state property located in McLean, Virginia. However, she’s not the owner of the house. Public records state that a college professor and lawyer named Robert Brauneis is the actual owner. Laura is known for her political right-wing commentary on the news network Fox News. Thanks to her career, she now has a fortune estimated at $45 million. Aside from her job as a news anchor, Laura also hosts a podcast simply called The Laura Ingraham Podcast.

Ann Coulter – $577K, New York

As a political commentator and a lawyer, Ann Coulter sure thought long where to buy a home before treating herself with a deluxe apartment on the Upper East Side in New York. Coulter purchased the place around 2016, where the initial asking price was $1.8 million. However, she managed to buy it for “just” $577K! Still, she certainly got a bargain for the great luxury home and for a price significantly lower than the original one.

It’s only right that one of the priciest properties on our list belongs to one of the richest people alive. With $3 billion in net worth, Oprah is the owner of a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, and her biggest investment is a 23,000-square-foot safe heaven. Located in California, the lavish mansion, built like a fortress, spreads across 40 acres of green plantation. Even though its worth is estimated at $50 million, according to Forbes, this palace is worth at least $165 million now due to Oprah’s expensive taste. We can’t imagine the home insurance cost.

Pat Sajak – $699K, Glendale

Recently, a house that once belonged to Wheel of Fortune star Pat Sajak and wife Sherill has undergone home remodeling and renovation which got it on the market for $699K. The two-story property was originally built in 1911 and despite undergoing numerous renovations, some of its historical looks has been retained. Today, it features a kitchen, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a laundry room. It sits on a total of 2,600 square feet of space and has a newly built garage detached from the house. The couple decided to sell the house after their divorce in 1986.

Willie Nelson – Undisclosed, Texas

Willie Nelson rose to fame as a musician in the ’70s after releasing successful albums like Red Headed Stranger and Shotgun Willie. He is a resident of Spicewood, Texas, and sources say this property above is his humble abode. He never gave a good tour of the place, so its interior design is a mystery.

Judging by its exterior, it looks like the place doesn’t have many amenities, but it’s enough for him to get a good night’s rest. Nelson is already 88 years old, and he continues to work to this day. In 2021, he did commercials for FedEx and Omega Mart.

Scottie Pippen – $11 Million, Florida

The NBA superstar Scottie Pippen is finally ready to start a new chapter in his life. In 2022, his divorce with ex-wife Larsa Pippen was finally finalized after over three years! Remarkably, he was forced to wait even longer to get rid of his former Fort Lauderdale, Florida mansion, which was sold for $11 million roughly seven years after first being listed.

It’s hard to say why it took Pippen so long to get rid of such a stunning property. Acquired in 2000 for a mere $1.3 million, this luxurious property boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a full-size basketball court, and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Robert Redford – $7 Million, California

Only a couple of months had passed since Robert Redford first listed his Napa Valley house for sale. His asking price was at $7.5 million, but he managed to sell it in January 2019 for $7 million. He had bought the 5,255-square-foot mansion back in 2004 for him and his wife Sibylle. Its price is justified by its three bedrooms, 3.5 bathr0oms, and the one-bed one-bath separate art studio. It also features a swimming pool, terraces, and a detached garage for his car collection. Even though Robert has ventured into producing, he appeared again as Alexander Pierce in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Vanna White – $47.5 Million, Beverly Hills

Recent real estate news has reported that a 5-acre estate in Beverly Park just hit the market for $47,500,000. This was a mansion previously owned by famous television host Vanna White and her ex-husband George Santo Pietro until 2004. It was built in 1998 and had a very nice Palladian style designed by William Hablinski. The beautiful mansion features a very lush landscape surrounded by palm trees and has its own private vineyard. It had its own unique take on the Southern California outdoor lifestyle and on its main entrance, it has a Florentine-style arch. The enormous mansion has 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a formal dining room, office, and basement.

Johnny Depp – $19 Million, Hollywood Hills

Johnny Depp owns pieces of luxury real estate in many places – LA, an island in the Bahamas, and even a village in France (yes, a village!), to name a few. But, we’re now looking at his main residence in Hollywood Hills. In 1995, he paid $1.8 million for the house, which was built in 1927. It’s a compound of six houses (five owned by Depp), and covers 7,430 square feet! It boasts eight bedrooms, 29 rooms, and ten bathrooms.

Steve Harvey – $7.7 million, Chicago

In 2013, Steve started renting a 5,500 square-foot penthouse on the 88th floor of Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago Illinois. He lived at this location while he was filming his daytime talk show – The Steve Harvey Show.

It was recently sold for $7.7 million. He decided to leave it after his show relocated from Chicago to L.A. The last time this house popped up on the market, it came with a $2.35-million asking price. It used to be one of the places that NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman called home in the ‘90s. According to the Los Angeles Times, he only lived there for a year before selling for $1.1 million.

And after taking a peek at the property, we definitely understand why – that place is a true paradise on earth!
